The goal of this nonprofit is to strengthen Colorado homeowners’ associations by pooling resources, improving communication, and fostering community through education and events.

Website

Creating a forum for HOA's to talk to one another. This allows HOA's to request vendor bids with one another to receive discounted rates, create special events for communities, and share resources and ideas through website channels.

Community Outreach

CHAOC will continue to reach out to communities and city leaders to join and start streamlining communication.

National Network

We are currently working on building out the national network and plan on having our parent website as a chain of communication across the nation for massive vendor needs and projects.
